Thank you for visiting our terms and conditions page. Please take just a minute to review the information below before placing your order.


Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for items that don’t fit or that you are just unhappy with. High School Impressions works hard on our approval process to avoid these instances.

If we are responsible for any errors in your order, we will gladly accept responsibility for the issues and will reprint the shirts printed in error. If the goods can still be used, we may offer a discount instead of a reprint.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations and changes made after an order has been approved may be subject to a restocking fee, plus any additional fees required to cover services already rendered. No cancellations will be accepted once production or any manipulation of the garments has begun on the order.

Satisfaction and Quality Assurance

We check every garment as it comes off of the press, but there are times where some mistakes will make it out the door. Please take time to check over your garments as you receive them. We allow a standard of 72 hours from the time you receive the goods to notify us of any garment defects or other issues with the order. High School Impressions will not be responsible for errors with your order if notified after 72 hours of receiving the goods.

Payment Terms

Payment is required to begin production. We accept school purchase orders, checks, and all major credit cards. Purchase orders must be paid within 30 days of receipt of items.

Returned Checks

There will be a $30.00 fee for returned checks.


We ship UPS Ground free to the continental US. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. High School Impressions is not responsible for damages or delays in the shipping process, or for packages lost by UPS. You must file a claim through UPS for any issues with the shipping and delivery process.


We keep all art and order information on file indefinitely. Each reorder is priced at the quantity being ordered at that time.

Customer Supplied Artwork

Printing can only be as good as the artwork. We cannot be responsible for poor quality printing due to poor artwork. High School Impressions is not responsible for any misspellings, errors, or issues in your art file. We do our best to catch these errors and point them out to you, but we do not catch them all.

You will be provided with a digital proof via email. We must receive your approval to begin production on your order. Please carefully check your proof for spelling, color, size, placement, and accuracy before approving. Your artwork will be printed as approved. Midwest Impressions is not responsible for approved errors.

Imprint Size

Your design will be printed the exact same size on all garments in the order. Any change to the size of the artwork will constitute a new order with its own minimums and pricing.

Design Placement

There is no way to effectively and efficiently measure a distance from the collar as each garment is loaded onto the press by hand. If you request a shirt that is 2” down from the collar, we will use that as a guide and do our best to make sure that all shirts hit that target, but not all shirts will hit exactly at 2”, they may be off by as much as an inch in either direction. This will not be considered a misprint, and we will not reprint or refund these shirts.

Garment Inconsistencies

We cannot be held responsible for slight inconsistencies in the printing when there are a variety of garments in an order. Thicker or different blends of material behave differently. While we are very experienced if working will all fabric types, inconsistencies with these differences may occur.

Out of Stock Items

All garments are ordered after your order is placed, and we cannot guarantee their availability. If items are out of stock, we will provide you with a list of possible replacement options. Just in case we recommend always having a second garment option in mind.
